License Overview for our Premium Templates

All photo booth templates on TemplatesBooth (including our free photo booth templates, premium templates, DSLR Booth Templates & Darkroom Booth Templates) are shared under our own “Unlimited Use License”.

TemplatesBooth Unlimited Use License

Purchasing a membership on TemplatesBooth grants you an Unlimited Use License, authorising you to use the purchased template in an unlimited number of personal or commercial projects.

You can:

• use our premium templates in commercial work which you are paid for; such as client projects
• use our premium templates in work which will be printed and distributed
• use our premium templates as many times as you like for a many clients as you like
• use a template downloaded from TemplatesBooth after your membership has expired
• keep our template files on your computer or cloud storage for an unlimited period after purchasing
• display our designs to potential clients in an offline format; such as in a brochure or flipbook in your printing business

You may NOT:

• resell or redistribute our source PSD/Ai Vector files, or any of the assets contained within them
• display any images of our templates on your website or social media pages without prior permission
• share raw, unedited source files with your clients
• use our templates or illustrations in any file you intend to sell on stock websites & marketplaces
• showcase our work on any freelance service marketplaces such as Etsy, UpWork, Fiverr etc
• Utilise the illustrations or design elements included in our templates in items for resale
• Replicate or redistribute any content from templatesbooth.com

TEMPLATESBOOTH UNLIMITED USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Unlimited Use License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you, the user, and BrandPacks Limited, a Hong Kong based company, operating TemplatesBooth.com (the “Company”). By purchasing a membership on TemplatesBooth.com, you are granted an Unlimited Use License, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

GRANT OF LICENSE

• 1.1. Subject to your payment for a TemplatesBooth membership, the Company hereby grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the purchased premium templates in personal or commercial projects. Personal or commercial projects are defined as projects in which our files are used and where you may or may not receive monetary compensation from a client or customer.
• 1.2. Users who do not have a paid membership can download our free items under this license but are not granted any permission to use our premium templates.
• 1.3. You are strictly prohibited from using our items in any way which could harm or damage the reputation of TemplatesBooth.
• 1.4. Even after your membership has expired or not renewed, you are still permitted to use templates that have been downloaded under the conditions of this Agreement, unless the Agreement is terminated due to a breach or a refund is issued to you.

RESTRICTIONS

• 2.1. You are not permitted to resell or redistribute the source PSD/Ai Vector files or any assets contained within them.
• 2.2. You are only allowed to display images of our templates on your website by using the TemplatesBooth Widget.
• 2.3. You are forbidden from sharing raw, unedited source files with your clients.
• 2.4. You may not use our templates or illustrations in any file intended for sale on stock websites and marketplaces.
• 2.5. You are not allowed to showcase our work on any freelance service marketplaces such as Etsy, UpWork, Fiverr etc.
• 2.6. You are prohibited from utilizing the illustrations or design elements included in our templates in items for resale.
• 2.7. You may not replicate or redistribute any content from templatesbooth.com.
• 2.8. You are not allowed to transfer the rights of this license to another party without explicit written permission from the Company.

PENALTY CLAUSE

• 3.1. In the event that you breach any term of this Agreement, you will be required to pay the Company an immediate penalty fee of up to $25,000 per infraction.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

• 4.1. The Company will not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred by the user through the use of our products.
• 4.2. Templates/products are provided “as is” with no warranty.

INDEMNIFICATION

• 5.1. The Company ensures all products are fully licensed for commercial use. All items are created in-house and all copyright belongs to the Company.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• 6.1. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled under British or American law.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the licensed templates. Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Your acceptance of these terms is evidenced by your purchase of a membership on TemplatesBooth.com or by downloading any of our free photo booth templates.
