  1. The largest collection of Photo Booth templates on the internet

22,000+ layouts, and every one of them was drawn for a photo booth — strips, postcards and squares cut to the print sizes your booth already outputs, not a stock-graphics site with a photo booth section bolted on. 42 themed collections cover the whole calendar, so whatever tonight’s event turns out to be, something already fits it.

  2. Unlimited downloads at the lowest prices

No credits, no per-template fees and no fair-use small print waiting to be enforced in the middle of a busy season. Download one design or four hundred in a weekend and the price does not move. The yearly plan works out at $12.42 a month — well under a penny per design across the whole library — and every format of every template is inside that one price.

  3. Built in template editor!

Change the couple’s names and the date in your browser, in about a minute — no Photoshop licence, no Canva Pro subscription and nothing to install on the machine in the van. Type into a box and the artwork never moves, and exports come out at the exact sizes your booth software expects.

  4. Full support for Canva, Photoshop, Lumabooth, DSLR Booth & Darkroom!

Not “export it and hope”. Every template is converted into the native format of every app on this list and they all arrive in the same download — Canva, layered Photoshop PSD, DSLR Booth, LumaBooth, Darkroom and a transparent PNG overlay, with Mac and PC variants both in the box.

  5. Embeddable Widget to showcase designs on your website

Put one embed on your own booking page and your clients browse the whole library from your site, under your branding. They search it, filter it and pick the design they want; the enquiry reaches you with their choice attached. It replaces the evening you spend emailing six options back and forth.

  6. Matching animated welcome screens & overlays in every template set

The screen your guests touch and the strip that comes out of the printer are the same design, so the booth stops looking like two products stuck side by side. There are 1,709 animated welcome screens in the library, plus animated overlays and mirror booth start screens, all looped and ready to run.

  7. New designs constantly added to our catalog, keeping you on trend

Several new sets land every week, not once a season. Halloween arrives before October and Christmas before December, so you are booking with this year’s look rather than last year’s. Every release is included, and the design beside this paragraph is genuinely one of the newest — read from the catalogue as the page loaded.

  8. Customer support that doesn’t suck

A small team who answer their own email. Not a ticket queue that closes itself after 48 hours, and not a bot that sends you the article you already read. If a font will not install or a zip will not open, you get a person who knows the files — because they are the people who made them.

Anytime I've had a question, TemplatesBooth's customer support has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to have such helpful people on the other side of an email for once.

  9. The easiest way to browse & preview 22,000+ designs

Narrow by layout, by booth software, by occasion or by colour — seventeen of them, because “they want gold” is how the conversation with a client actually goes. The grid updates in place with no page reloads and the URL stays shareable, and you can preview any design at full size before you download a thing.

Templates & software

What software formats do you support?

Every template comes in all of them: Canva, layered Photoshop PSD, native DSLR Booth, native LumaBooth, native Darkroom, and a transparent PNG overlay. They arrive together in the same download — you do not choose a format when you join, and you are not charged for the others.

The PNG overlays come blank, with no text added, so they can be dropped into any other booth app or design tool and captioned however you like.

Do your templates really work with DSLR Booth, LumaBooth & Darkroom Booth?

Yes. Every template is converted into the native format for all three, so you edit it inside the booth software rather than exporting something into it.

Alternative files for Mac and PC are both included, so a template works the same on whichever machine you run the booth from.

Do your templates work in Canva?

Yes — every photo booth template on the site is fully editable in Canva, with all the text areas editable directly inside the Canva editor.

One thing worth knowing before you start: exporting as a transparent PNG needs a Canva Pro account. Without one you can still export the design as a static background image.

Can I use your templates without Photoshop?

Yes, and most members do. Use the Canva, DSLR Booth, LumaBooth or Darkroom versions instead, or edit the design in the TemplatesBooth Editor, which runs in your browser and is included with your membership.

If you would rather work with the PSD itself, the free online editor Photopea.com will open it. And if you do use Photoshop, we recommend Adobe Photoshop CC for maximum compatibility.

How many times can I use a template?

As many times as you need. We do not restrict how often a template can be used, in personal or in commercial projects.

That applies to free members too, on the free templates. To use the premium templates in your business you need an active TemplatesBooth Membership.

Do you have free templates?

Yes — plenty, and all of them can be used in your commercial or client work. We would genuinely rather you tried a few before joining, so you know how our files behave in your own setup.

The freebies include the same formats as everything else: Canva, Photoshop, Darkroom Booth, LumaBooth, DSLR Booth and transparent PNG overlays.

Licensing

Can I use your templates in commercial work?

Yes, of course. That is why we make them — to help you make more money with your photo booth business.

Can I resell your templates?

No. You may not resell or redistribute our source files — so you cannot download our templates and sell them on your own website, on Etsy or anywhere else.

What you can do is make money from them in your own photo booth business, including charging a client who books your booth an additional fee for choosing or customising a template. That is exactly what they are for.

Do you take on custom work?

Not at the moment — we are a small team and freelance commissions are more than we can take on alongside the catalogue.

We are always interested in what you need, though. Tell us the kind of template your business is missing and we will do our best to add it to the site.
