Photoshop PSD files

As well as the above mentioned file formats, each of our templates also comes in Photoshop PSD format. The files are fully layered, so you can edit and customise every element of the design.

The PSD templates have been built from the ground up by our team of expert designers, ensuring they are quick & simple to customise.

The PSD files are divided into clear layer groups for the background & overlay sections, meaning they can be easily exported for your choice of photo booth software.

Use with your choice of photo booth software

There are over 50 photo booth software options currently on the market.

As most are compatible with PNG & JPEG files, you can, therefore, use our templates with almost any photo booth software.

Our PSD templates are designed to exported as a PNG overlay and a JPEG background layer, thus giving you the assets you need to use with your photo booth.

Free to use fonts

We add small text areas to each our templates for you to insert your own or your client’s branding, event details, website addresses or other small text elements.

All of these text areas use font files that are free to use and licensed for commercial work.

This ensures your photo booth artwork is always on the right side of copyright law.

Layout sizes & printing

We are currently working with 3 layout/printer sizes:

  • 2×6″ photo strip
  • 4×6″ landscape photo card
  • 4×6″ portrait photo card
  • 4×6″ “half n half” photo card

The 4×6″ photo card layouts translate to a 1200px by 1800px dimension at 300dpi.

This file size covers most popular photo booth printers on the market today.

You can see all our designs neatly displayed in the TemplatesBooth Widget.

Colour modes

All of our templates come in both RGB & CMYK colour formats.

Most photo booth software requires images in RGB format, however, we also include CMYK versions for other print-related projects you may have.

Also, it’s important to note that PNG files (for your photo overlays) can only be exported in RGB colour format.
